Sometimes a seed of an idea can sprout big ideas. The projects on this page were conceptual ideas that were not realized but allowed creative experimentation as a key part of ideation.

Startup Studios: Dubai

As tech continues it’s integration into all aspects of our lives from devices, to robotics, automobiles, drones, aviation and more, space is required to test these experimentations. The project envisioned a tech hub away from the city to allow space for comprehensive testing and to spread other seeds such as housing, manufacturing, and retail.

Mid-Rise

This project explored housing and commercial potentials with massing studies on form and light penetration in various NYC locations.

Beach House

Drawing from the verticality of lighthouses, the home in Montauk, NY is a modestly sized beacon with unobstructed framed views of the sea while the top floor ceiling opens as a periscope to the stars.
